Cancellations or Rescheduling
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Your business is valued and it is asked that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations that are less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the missed service at the time of rescheduling.
